SYSTEM

Every move has a value. Every point matters. Know the system before you step on the mat.

Push Out
Forcing your opponent out of bounds scores 1 point — use your positioning and pressure.
3pts
Takedown
Taking your opponent to the mat and establishing control earns 3 points — the dominant scoring move.
1pt
Escape
Breaking free from your opponent's control and returning to a neutral position earns 1 point.
2pts
Reversal
Going from a defensive position to controlling your opponent scores 2 points — a momentum-shifter.
2–4pts
Near Fall
Exposing your opponent's back to the mat scores based on control time:
2 pts — 2 to 4 seconds  · 3 pts — 5+ seconds  · 4 pts — extended control
4pts
High-Amplitude Lifted Takedown
A spectacular lifted takedown — elevating and bringing your opponent to the mat with control — earns the maximum 4 points.

Elite featured matchups close each division — the highest level of competition saved for last, designed for maximum intensity.
